Purchasing Guidelines

Contact the Hanes Printables Sales Office for service in your area.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Minimum opening order for T-shirts only is 288 dozen.
• Minimum opening order for sportshirts and/or fleece only is 144 dozen.
• For orders that combine T-shirts and sportshirt/fleece dozens, multiply the sportshirt/fleece dozens by 2 and add to the T-shirt dozens. The total must be greater than 288.
• Orders are by full case only.
• Each case contains 1, 2, 3 or 6 dozen of one style in one color and one size.
• Orders are accepted and confirmed subject to product availability.
• All cash before delivery orders require a certified or cashier's check.
• All shipments, either domestic or international, are F.O.B. Rural Hall, North Carolina, FREIGHT COLLECT.
• Product samples, fabric swatches and buying guides are available upon request.
• Minimum reorders: T-shirts/72 dozens, Sportshirts/36 dozens, Fleece/36 dozens. All current direct purchase accounts will have to meet minimum reorders.
